No wear: Because the seal is wear-free, no particles are generated, which reduces the pollution of the whole system, and the low air pressure makes the seal easy to maintain, and the vacuum can be controlled at 10-8 Torr.
High-speed rotation capability: the extremely low viscous resistance of the magnetic fluid and the structure of the magnetic fluid that does not need to contact the seal ring, which determines its stable operation and high-speed rotation。
